The wind was fierce last night. It was roaring when I went to bed and roaring when I woke up. I did go to sleep though unlike someone in our house who had a restless sleep with nightmares of desctructive winds tearing apart the house he is building. It helps to sleep in the basement and not the northwest corner of the house where the winds strikes.
Pictures don't really convey what a flapping high tunnel roof is like. You could here the noise of it from inside the kitchen at home- standing under it, I felt like I was losing a significant amount hearing.
I wish things hadn't gotten so torn up. Luke and Chantée will be back soon and there will be work to do.

It was a little dark when we started

Yikes! That's crazy. I'm glad there aren't more trees by your house. Wind is scary..
