My sisters are entering the first grade tomorrow. Next week they are going to visit me in the nursing home and we will do a puzzle. We have always liked doing puzzles.
Isn't it strange some people make
You feel so tired inside,
Your thoughts begin to shrivel up
Like leaves all brown and dried!
But when you're with some other ones,
It's stranger still to find
Your thoughts as thick as fireflies
All shiny in your mind!

wow, I can't believe they're going to be in 1st grade. It doesn't seem possible at all.
Or maybe we can play Old Maid! I do like puzzles though..
your sisters are so lucky to have you! i hope we live in the same nursing home, and as such, my vote is Old Maid, or maybe Dutch Blitz if we're feeling some adventure.
Yes! kids can do that to you! You know what else is refreshing? Seeing your name on recapture questionnaires.
